Job summary

magniX is seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee the development of our electric-age products. You will manage scope, resources, budget, risks, and schedule while coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in program management, and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency with MS Project and Project Online Server is preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility and accountability for the project deliverables and outcomes.
• Organize and lead project activities and IPT meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives.
• Perform detailed project tracking and produce insights into program performance through earn value metrics from programmatic data sets derived from cost, time, schedule and budget.
• Identification of program variance to plan, formulate actions plans to keep top level milestones on track though identification and management of the critical part.
• Identify and manage programmatic risk and recognize when problems occur, bring the right people together to solve them with the proper sense of urgency.
• Interface with cross functional teams across the company.
• Provide status on progress toward objectives to management and team members

About the role:

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or technical programmatic background preferred
• PMP Certification
• Highly proficient with MS Project and Project Online Server
• Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis
• Strong knowledge of engineering product life cycle management in a systems engineering framework
• Familiar with RACI matrix and understand how to perform stakeholder analysis and management

Location:

Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX's location in Everett, Washington.
