Actalent in Eagan, MN is seeking a Program Manager to guide cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate teams, manage scope, and ensure timely, within-budget results while leveraging MS Office and MS Project. The role requires a U.S.

Person per ITAR regulations and a BS in engineering or business, with 3+ years of project/program management experience. PMP certification is preferred.

Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management techniques, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as competence in the MS Office Suite. This role requires a U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations, who is eager to contribute to the companys goals and objectives, and work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

You will work with a team of 2 Project Managers currently managing 5 projects, with the opportunity to take over 1 project initially valued at 2-3 million, which will grow as you are trained. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
