Job summary

CTS / Pearson Education seeks an AI Solution Architect and Program Manager with deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI/ML architecture. You will shape the technical strategy, define roadmaps, and align AI initiatives with business goals.

This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and practical delivery skills to lead architecture, drive proofs-of-concept, orchestrate multi-team efforts, and serve as the client SPOC and Forward Deployed Engineer

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise AI/ML architecture.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and multimodal AI solutions.

• Strong program management and technical leadership.
