Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) in Columbus, OH. The role leads PSH staff, ensures high-quality, person-centered services, and fosters housing stability in collaboration with partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing or related services, with supervisory experience preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected.

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching and development.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure HUD, CoC, and organizational compliance.
• Monitor program performance, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
• Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance and tenancy.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
• Promote Housing First, Trauma‑Informed Care, and Harm Reduction practices.
