Job summary

Actalent in Columbus, OH is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and launch of advanced engineering products. You will connect customers with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, meet objectives, and deliver a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong program management skills, hands-on coordination across multiple disciplines, and a focus on schedules, risks, and quality to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
• Hardware, electronics, battery, energy storage, automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to product testing, validation, verification, certification, or regulatory requirements.
• Experience utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
• PMP certification or other formal project management training.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and engineering change management.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
