Job summary

Staffworxs is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Client's Enterprise Integration initiatives, driving cloud modernization and integration programs across cross-functional teams. The role will oversee program execution, governance, and delivery of APIs, microservices, and cloud integration initiatives.

The position involves coordinating Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, and DevOps practices, with on-site work from the Chicago office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management delivering large enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-team initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation, enterprise integration, API, and microservices programs.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, TIBCO modernization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across business and technology teams.
• Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive governance.
• Coordinate architecture, development, infrastructure, QA, Consumer and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive executive communication, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams delivering Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, cloud migration, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives.
