What You Will Do
The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven capabilities, new software platforms, and process automation tools. This role blends program management, change management, and training to ensure seamless integration and lasting adoption across the organization.
You will serve as a central point of intake for digital transformation requests from all functions across the organization. As a member of the Digital Transformation team, you will collaborate closely with these partners to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support long-term innovation. This role is instrumental in translating business needs into scalable solutions and driving both cultural and operational change across the enterprise.

Salary Range Opportunity: $115,000 - $120,000 + 20% annual bonus
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp: Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
