ADI’s Aerospace and Defense business unit develops a wide variety of multi-function modules, including frequency synthesizers, phased array beamformers, amplifiers, transmit/receive modules, frequency converters, and proximity sensors. These products are designed using a combination of SMT and hybrid construction technologies and operate across frequency ranges through millimeter-wave.
The Associate Program Manager is responsible for managing program activities across new product development, transition to production, and/or production execution. This role partners closely with Contracts, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to drive program execution. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate independently within defined program scope.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,188 to $119,906.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
