Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee enterprise initiatives and drive delivery across agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments. The role requires strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination with business leaders, clients, and technology teams.

The incumbent will lead steering committees, manage risks and mitigation plans, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining stakeholder alignment. Prior experience in complex programs and vendor management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise wide initiatives and executive stakeholder communication required.
• Strong business and technical fluency with solid performance reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Program oversight and governance coordination across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clients, technology teams, and executive sponsors.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews; report status and risks.
• Communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive engagement across functions.
• Ensure delivery excellence across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
• Monitor resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery timelines.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Oversee vendor and third-party engagements.
