Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA to oversee program management and security operations centers (SOCs). You will act as the primary client and corporate POC, ensuring contract compliance, quality control, and personnel oversight.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent security/management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract including quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, cost control, government reporting, quality control, and management of key personnel.
• Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
• Manage the operational schedule to ensure full post coverage per the contract.
• Be available to ensure prompt response in emergencies or exigent circumstances.
• Oversee program quality control and ensure workforce compliance with program requirements.
• Serve as the client focal point for all program activities and ensure quality and standards conformance per the SOW.
• Ensure all equipment and property are tracked and safeguarded.
• Ensure compliance with contract and state requirements.
• Develop and update local SOPs as required.
• Plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
• Conduct Corporate Program Management Reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Responsible for overall program management and the primary POC for the client and corporate personnel. In addition to providing project and personnel oversight and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager oversees and manages security operations centers (SOCs).

Pay Transparency/Compensation

$120,000 ANNUALLY

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.
• Supervise all individuals working under this contract
• Manage the operational schedule to ensure that all posts have coverage per the contract.
• Be available to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance
• Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements
• Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW.
• Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded.
• Ensure that all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirements.
• Develop and update local SOPs as required.
• Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
• Conduct Corporate Program Management Reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with current active, Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience serving as a Security Operations Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
