Actalent in Burnsville, MN seeks a Program Manager for a contract-to-hire role guiding multiple projects with a small PM team. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to meet client requirements. The role offers a hybrid work setup and a competitive hourly pay range.
The team currently includes 2 Project Managers overseeing 5 active projects, with an opportunity to take over an initial 2–3 million project. PMP certification and FARR exposure are valued assets.

Support teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
Prepare slides and run required meetings.
Assist with budgeting and scheduling.
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution.
Coordinate cross-project activities with customers.
Assist in preparation of periodic management reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Strong understanding of project management techniques.
Competence in MS Office Suite.
Ability to learn additional programs as needed.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations.
BS degree in engineering or business.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience utilizing MS Office and MS Project.
Exposure to FARR (Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements) for at least 6 months.
PMP certification.
Experience in program management and project management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
