Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Software Integrator to guide end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software programs across the full lifecycle. You will bridge engineering, program management, and quality to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with engineering leads, cross-functional teams, and management to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and clear status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of program management experience leading cross-team projects.
• Experience with software development workflows and executive reporting.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end consumer appliance programs across electronics and software.

Responsibilities

• Guide fast-paced software delivery on appliance programs, defining milestones and managing risks.
• Address scope creep and shifting priorities while ensuring milestone-based governance.
• Identify issues, drive root-cause analysis with engineering teams, and distill tech concepts into actionable steps.
• Ensure alignment between core and cross-functional teams on priorities and execution.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• We are seeking a Software Integrator to guide end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software programs throughout the full lifecycle. This role bridges engineering, program management, and quality to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with engineering leads, cross functional teams, and management to manage project schedules, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and clearly communicate goals and status to stakeholders, while continuously improving program processes and execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide fast-paced software delivery on appliance programs including defining requirements and milestones, managing schedules, and managing risk
• Address evolving challenges of scope creep, shifting priorities, and delayed timelines while maintaining a clear focus on delivering high-quality results and enforcing milestone-based program governance
• Identify project and team issues, drive root-cause analysis with engineering teams, and distill complex technical concepts into actionable steps
• Ensure alignment between the core team and cross-functional teams on priorities, trade-offs, direction, decisions, and execution
• Provide consistent and clear updates to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications:
