Job description

We are hiring a Program Manager to lead a critical technology integration project following a major acquisition.

This is not a traditional delivery role. You will act as a change agent, modernising legacy platforms and driving transformation across finance, treasury, risk, and trading systems.

You must be able to manage complexity, lead with clarity, and bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Why this role matters

  • Direct ownership of a multi-function integration across key corporate and trading functions
  • Strong executive sponsorship and visibility across the global business
  • Opportunity to rebuild and streamline outdated systems and processes
  • Long-term potential to evolve into a leadership role within the corporate systems domain

What we are looking for

  • Based in the Boston or New England area, with the ability to be onsite regularly
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology change across finance, treasury, risk, or trading operations
  • Industry knowledge is essential. You must have worked in energy, commodities, or financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across both business and IT
  • Technically fluent with a strong grasp of modern architectures, data flows, and emerging technologies such as AI. You must be able to challenge and collaborate with engineering teams, understand how systems fit together, and drive innovation without needing to code
  • Adaptable, credible, and comfortable driving transformation in environments with legacy systems and resistance to change

This role suits someone who

  • Has delivered integration and change programmes in complex, regulated industries
  • Works well in stakeholder-heavy environments with minimal hand-holding
  • Wants accountability, visibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact
