Job description

Program Manager

The Coca‑Cola Company is evolving into a more digital‑first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system's next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

As the Program Management Office (PMO), Digital Operations, you will serve as the operational and governance backbone for the Digital Operations organization, enabling the successful planning, prioritization, execution, and value realization of a global portfolio of digital products, platforms, and operational capabilities.

Reporting into the Digital Operations leadership team, this role will establish and lead a modern PMO that moves beyond traditional project management to become a strategic partner in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will oversee portfolio governance, demand management, planning, funding alignment, execution tracking, and value delivery across Consumer & Customer Operations, Platform & Product Operations, AdTech Operations, PACS Digital Operations, and Visual Content Operations.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional stakeholder leadership. They will partner closely with product, engineering, operations, data, finance, and business leaders to ensure priorities are aligned, resources are optimized, risks are managed, and digital investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do for Us
Portfolio Strategy, Planning & Prioritization
  • Lead the planning and governance of the Digital Operations portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, Annual Business Planning (ABP), Long Range Planning (LRP), and Digital growth objectives.
  • Establish and govern a comprehensive demand management process, ensuring business needs are effectively captured, evaluated, prioritized, and sequenced based on strategic value, business impact, funding, and organizational capacity.
  • Partner with Digital Operations leadership to develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across products, platforms, operations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate resource allocation and investment planning to maximize value delivery across competing priorities.
  • Drive transparency into portfolio health, capacity, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Governance, Execution & Value Delivery
  • Establish and operationalize PMO standards, governance frameworks, and execution processes across the Digital Operations organization.
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, operational reviews, and executive decision-making processes to accelerate delivery and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Drive execution excellence through disciplined milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop enterprise-wide performance management and value realization frameworks that measure outcomes, adoption, operational performance, and business impact.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and executive visibility into portfolio performance, risks, investment utilization, and value realization.
Stakeholder Leadership & Organizational Alignment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Digital Operations leadership, providing insights and recommendations that enable informed decision-making and strategic trade-offs.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Data & Analytics, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide coordination and accountability.
  • Facilitate collaboration between global, regional, and operating unit teams to ensure priorities, execution plans, and success measures remain aligned.
  • Build strong partnerships with Digital Transformation, Data & Intelligence, OU Digital organizations, and business leaders to support successful execution of enterprise initiatives.
PMO Transformation & Operational Excellence
  • Evolve the PMO into a strategic portfolio management capability that enables prioritization, funding governance, planning discipline, and performance transparency across Digital Operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, eliminate delivery friction, and improve speed to value.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of portfolio management and demand management tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities that improve decision-making and visibility.
  • Embed modern ways of working, leveraging Agile, product-centric delivery, automation, and AI-enabled insights to improve planning, forecasting, and execution effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO leadership, Portfolio Management, Digital Operations, or Enterprise Transformation roles.
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale portfolios, transformation programs, or PMO organizations within complex global enterprises.
  • Strong background in portfolio planning, demand management, prioritization, funding governance, roadmap management, and value realization.
  • Demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting product‑centric, digital, technology, data, or operations‑focused organizations.
