  • Maintaining live Universal Risk Registers and CRAID logs to proactively flag long-lead procurement bottlenecks, municipal inspection delays, and critical path threats
  • Collaborating with Transaction and Brokerage leads to align capital construction milestones with lease obligations, Landlord consent conditions, and Tenant Improvement Allowance drawdown requirements
  • Enforcing strict vendor closeout compliance, ensuring full financial reconciliation, O&M manual uploads, and punch-list resolution within 90 calendar days of project completion

  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive commercial real estate, corporate interiors, and construction project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, MS Project or Primavera P6, financial cost modeling, and contract management
  • Proven track record managing sub-consultants, general contractors, A&E design teams, and trade partners
  • Demonstrated experience governing multi-project capital portfolios with individual project spend ranging from $1M to $20M
  • Strong understanding of change order and contingency review processes, including commercial evaluation and client sign-off workflows
  • Experience enforcing financial closeout discipline, including reconciliation, documentation, and punch-list resolution within defined timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience operating within a two-tiered delivery model, balancing central program oversight with site-based execution teams
  • Familiarity with lease administration concepts, including Landlord consent requirements and Tenant Improvement Allowance processes
  • Working knowledge of risk governance tools such as Universal Risk Registers or CRAID logs
  • Exposure to municipal permitting and inspection processes within a regional or metro market context
