Job summary

Hirewell in Atlanta is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across a large enterprise transformation program with 12+ interconnected workstreams. This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to create structure, manage competing priorities, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

The position is 4 days onsite near The Battery/Truist Park area, with responsibilities including maintaining integrated plans, tracking progress, managing risks and governance, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of program planning, RAID management, governance, and change control.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and eliminate issues as needed.
