PCC Aerostructures in Arlington, TX seeks a Program Manager to oversee assigned customer projects and act as the liaison between the customer and the plant. You will review project status, manage line-of-balance, and prepare status reports, handling contracts, POs, inquiries, and feedback with approval authority for amendments.
The role reports to the Plant Manager with dotted-line to the Director of Program Management, ensuring contractual compliance, governance, and proper duties separation.

Predominantly, a provider for large, highly complex machined parts, kits and assemblies for OEMs and large Tier One providers for both military and commercial market segments. Progressive is a 140,000 square foot facility.
The Program Manager has oversight responsibility for all aspects associated with an assigned customer project/program and serves as the primary liaison between the customer and the plant. This position reviews the status of projects, manages customer line of balances, and prepares status reports, as required. This position manages all customer communication pertaining to product information, inquiries, contracts and/or purchase orders, complaints and/or feedback, and has approval authority for contract or purchase order amendments.
The Program Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the successful management and execution of designated site programs. The position also maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Program Management to ensure adherence to contractual requirements, program governance standards, compliance obligations, and appropriate segregation of duties.
