Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Manager to provide onsite support in Arlington, VA. You will lead contract management, oversee task orders, and ensure security, training, and quality assurance across the program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of supervisory defense program experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance; relocation not required. SPA offers a comprehensive compensation package and mission-focused teams.

The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively. Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future. We have an immediate need for a Program Manager to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the contract and all subsequent task orders. Apply experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective plans for overall contract management, contract administration, security and training, and quality assurance. Apply experience with and have the authority for providing regulatory compliance and approval of all contract related expenses. Must be capable of planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of all personnel involved in all aspects of the contract, and to integrate problem resolution in the ongoing work without loss of fiscal integrity and work force efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity in planning, developing, and executing major research and development efforts for defense organizations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to report to Arlington, VA, full-time based upon client needs.

Desired

• 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager providing support to contracts of a similar size, scope, and complexity.

Pay Range Information
