A recruitment firm in Hawaii is seeking a Technical Recruitment and Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience, ideally within a DoD IT environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to define project objectives, managing resources, and ensuring successful program delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is required along with a government security clearance. The salary range is $170,000 to $180,000 annually.

Technical Recruitment and Project Coordination with Bishop & Co., Inc.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of program activities to ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, coordinating their involvement in program activities as needed.
Allocate resources, including staff, budget, and materials, to support program objectives and deliverables.
Monitor resource utilization, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure efficient program delivery.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program execution and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Monitor program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure the quality and integrity of program deliverables by implementing quality assurance processes and standards.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain inventory of software licenses and all Government furnished equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline; OR 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Minimum 5 years of experience within the DoD IT environment.
Familiarity with Network Operations (NetOps) and related technology assessments is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet client objectives and drive business results.
Knowledge of program’s technical domain and understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Government-granted security clearance required

**Salary range for this position is $170,000 - $180,000 annually DOE
