Job description

A new workstream is being added to the line of business to provide additional support for vulnerability management. The team is one of five selected to pilot this initiative, with the goal of increasing team bandwidth and addressing lower-complexity work items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall delivery for the new QA and vulnerability workstream.
• Coordinate patching, testing, and delivery activities.
• Manage testing efforts and help ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Drive work through completion, addressing straightforward issues and tasks to increase team capacity.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and progress.
• Support the Overall Test Approval (OTA) process.

Must-Haves / Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior QA experience or a strong QA/testing background.
• Experience in a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead role with a focus on QA and testing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience with Octane.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to driving deliverables to completion.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience as a QA Test Lead or Testing Lead.
• Broad skill set and the ability to work across multiple responsibilities.
