Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC in Springfield, VA seeks a seasoned Program Manager with a current DoD Top Secret clearance (SCI or SCI Eligible) to support acquisitions. Qualifications

• DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management or equivalent required.
• Six+ years of program management experience in support of acquisitions.

• Expert knowledge of DoD program management procedures.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Proven acquisitions experience across products and services.
• Ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies, cost data analysis, and negotiating various contract types.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with creating process flow charts and briefing graphics.
• Website development experience for ongoing efforts (e.g., ULO tracking).

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification.

• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services
• Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven visual graphics experience (for example but not limited to Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts).
