Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a professional Scheduler in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role, the candidate will work with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Surface Ship Integration Division team to provide excellent scheduling and programmatic support to the Large Deck New Construction IPT. Candidate must be able to support onsite at NIWC Atlantic 5 days a week.
Job Description
- Foster collaborative business relationships with team and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules using MS Project.
- Create detailed baseline schedules incorporating engineering deliverables, procurement activities, integration, and testing activities.
- Work with project stakeholders to identify schedule logic, constraints, and interfaces across disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules with actual performance data, identifying variances and potential risks.
- Provide schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and create visuals to show overall timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to validate schedule accuracy and feasibility.
- Participate in project meetings, presenting schedule status and mitigation recommendations.
- Develop and execute new business processes to strengthen the Integrated Master Schedule team.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on products and processes to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
- Ability to work in high pressure situations, address conflicts in changes, work effectively in a matrix environment and build strong relationships.
- Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-Related Curriculum or Management Information Systems, Operations Research Degree, or Equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of MS Project, ability to customize work products for client requirements, analyze and provide recommendations based on data.
- Two + years of supporting Contracts Management efforts to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Program Status Report-Working knowledge of MS 365, MS Project (Online and App versions), SharePoint.
- Experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues and collaboratively developing innovative solution recommendations for implementation.
- Secret clearance

Salary: 90k+ dependent on education and experience
Schedule: 5 Days onsite
