Job summary

Core One seeks a seasoned professional to support the program management cell, streamline administrative workflows, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer priorities. The role requires interpreting complex data, collaborating with internal teams and IC partners, and working independently.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• 8 years experience in the labor category with recent work in last 2 years
• Experience interpreting complex and incomplete information with large data sets
• Experience leading small teams on programmatic challenges, including resource allocation and risk tracking

Responsibilities

• Support program management by streamlining workflows and coordinating stakeholders
• Develop concise program reports, briefs, and lead teams on analysis and resolution
• Manage information sharing, conflict resolution, and cross-functional coordination to mitigate risks
