Job summary

Core One seeks a seasoned professional to support the program management cell, streamline administrative workflows, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer priorities. The role requires interpreting complex data, collaborating with internal teams and IC partners, and working independently.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• 8 years experience in the labor category with recent work in last 2 years
• Experience interpreting complex and incomplete information with large data sets
• Experience leading small teams on programmatic challenges, including resource allocation and risk tracking

Responsibilities:

• Support the program management cell by streamlining administrative workflows, managing documentation, and facilitating coordination across program stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of customer priorities, including surge operations. The role requires individuals capable of interpreting complex or incomplete information, collaborating effectively with internal teams and IC partners, and working independently with minimal oversight.
• Develop concise and insightful program reports, process improvement recommendations, and briefings; lead small teams in the research, analysis, and resolution of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations with DIA mission functions.
• Processes experience in information sharing, conflict resolution, and cross-functional coordination is vital to maintain program alignment and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• 8 years experience interpreting complex and incomplete information, and working with large data sets.
• Knowledge and experience with leading small teams in the research, analysis, and resolution of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations specific to DIA mission functions.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
