NAVFAC HQ in the Washington Navy Yard seeks a Program Management Officer for Construction (PMO Construction) to lead policy enforcement, strategic planning, and MILCON oversight. You will serve as Program Management Officer for Construction (PMO Construction) responsible for enforcing policy, developing strategic plans, balancing cost, schedule, and performance, representing DON construction with industry, providing executive direction for acquisition strategies, and overseeing MILCON programs and related resource justifications.

EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
