Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs and Engineers to finalize project plan presentations.
• Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and meetings across staff levels.
• Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.
• Participate in project/program meetings as requested.
• Assist with materials to support program meetings.
