Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance or equivalent.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of applications.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player, fast learner, adaptable to change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-starter who can work with limited guidance.
• Commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support project work including scope definition, resource management, schedule development, and risk management.
• Handle day‑to‑day tasks such as data entry, meeting setup, note-taking, and action item follow‑ups.
• Take direction from Project Managers to ensure project success.
