Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate new product introductions through the contract manufacturing process. You will work with engineering, operations, and supply chain to align on BOM readiness, testing plans, and resource estimates, driving on-time launches.

You will analyze quotes and SLAs, identify risks, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business required.
• 2 years program management, engineering, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment required; electronics manufacturing preferred; 4 years preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor new product introductions through contract manufacturing.
• Analyze project requirements: quotes, resource estimates, costs, SLA analysis for customers.
• Work with internal teams for planning, BOM verification, material readiness, testing plans.
• Identify risks, critical paths, and solutions for projects.
• Oversee prototypes and mass production builds to meet goals and due dates.
• Communicate updates and wrap-up with customers; ensure smooth transfer to sustaining teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring new product introductions through the contract manufacturing process.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide project requirements such as direct fulfillment quotes, resource estimates, cost structures, and SLA (service level agreement) analysis to customers.
• Work with internal functional teams for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution; verify BOM (bill of material) structure, material readiness, testing plan, etc.
• Identify potential project risks, critical paths, and solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of prototypes and mass production build according to customer goals and due date, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and wrap up with customers.
• Ensure smooth process transfer to sustaining functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
