Job summary

Saab AB in Syracuse, NY is offering a Summer 2027 internship to support the Surveillance Program Management organization by analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. You will gain hands-on experience in earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, and data analytics while collaborating with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering and Operations.

The internship includes a competitive hourly rate of $18.24–$20.27, plus a sign-on housing bonus for Co-Ops

• Completed Freshman year or greater at time of hire.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Prior Co-Op experience is preferred but not required.

Job description

Provides support to the Surveillance Program Management (PM) organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in program management, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, financial forecasting and data analytics. Works closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations and other functional organizations to help identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making.

This position is for a Summer 2027 internship.

Compensation: $18.24 - $20.27/hr

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing expenses for Co-Ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
