Job summary

Saab is seeking a Spring 2027 internship to support the Surveillance Program Management organization in monitoring program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data, with exposure to earned value management and data analytics.

The position offers $18.24–$20.27 per hour, plus a sign-on housing bonus for interns outside typical commuting distance. U.S. citizenship is required; enrollment in an accredited degree program is expected.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited degree program.
• Completed Freshman year or greater at time of hire.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior Co-Op experience is preferred but not required.

• Monitor and analyze program cost, schedule, and performance data.
• Support decision-making with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with PM, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations and others.
• Assist in EVM and schedule analysis.

Job Description:

Provides support to the Surveillance Program Management (PM) organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in program management, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, financial forecasting and data analytics. Works closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations and other functional organizations to help identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making.

This position is for a Spring 2027 internship.

Compensation: $18.24 - $20.27/hr

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing expenses for Co-Ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
