Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Program Management Analyst in Newport, RI to support NUWCDIVNPT submarine programs through the full project life cycle. You will assist the Project/Program Manager with planning, budgeting, schedules, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of contracts and milestones.

The role emphasizes coordination of meetings, reporting, and communications within project teams and with customers, plus development of action items and status metrics to track contract performance. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or HS diploma with related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• MS Office familiarity: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides admin support to program managers and technical leads.
• Coordinates and facilitates program status meetings, including NUWCDIVNPT customer meetings.
• Supports planning, budgeting, managing and monitoring project status.
• Manage communications within project teams and with customers.
• Develop and track project schedules, record action items and status, and report to management.
