Salary Range: $40.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Job Summary

This position performs complex research, process analysis, and reporting activities to support organizational performance improvement. The role leads project tasks, evaluates operations using quantitative and qualitative techniques, and develops actionable insights that guide decision-making and operational change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct operational assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and workflow evaluations.
• Lead development of performance metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in management analysis or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau).
• Knowledge of government, defense, or public-sector operations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
