Job Opportunity: Program Management Analyst

Ignite Digital Services, a fast-growing digital transformation company specializing in data and systems integration solutions for the national security sector, is seeking a mid-level Program Management Analyst. This role involves supporting government clients with day-to-day business operations, ensuring effective oversight, tracking, and completion of taskings within the Integrated Underseas Surveillance System (IUSS) IPT.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving collaboration and communication for project success, including managing project dependencies.
2. Handling project management tasks such as requirements development, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling within budget and scope.
3. Monitoring progress toward deliverables and milestones, managing deadlines, and preparing reports for senior leaders.
4. Leading process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
5. Producing high-quality documentation for various audiences.
6. Consulting with leadership to develop organizational best practices.
7. Serving as a key contact for customer support, including weekly updates and documentation.
8. Quickly understanding technical concepts and translating them into understandable text and visuals.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in government and federal environments
• Customer relationship and problem management skills
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience in contract management, including FAR and DoD procurement policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Operations Research, or related field
• Experience with MS Project and Power BI

Location: Joint Base Little Creek, VA

Salary: $80,000+ based on education and experience
