FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Program Management Advisor to provide technical expertise and strategic support across multiple departments. The role drives planning, development, and execution of programs, evaluating needs and recommending process and technology improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and financial results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of related experience.
• Experience developing project proposals, business cases, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial justifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes, cost analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management/planning software.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, root cause analysis, or similar continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated vendor/customer management and relationship-management experience.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple functional areas.

Mansioni

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and support programs and projects that may cross departmental, divisional, and operational boundaries.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, resource requirements, milestones, risks, and financial justification.
• Prepare project proposals, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, financial models, and recommendations for leadership review and approval.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop financial and operational forecasts, KPIs, project metrics, dashboards, and other management reporting.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving techniques.
• Coordinate project activities among operations, engineering, finance, procurement, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide specifications, requirements, documentation, and implementation support for programs involving multiple departments.
• Manage vendor and customer relationships, including requirements development, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and communication.
• Identify project risks and mitigation plans, and support budgeting processes with financial controls.
