Job summary

Aspire Chicago is seeking a Program Leader to support adults with disabilities in Aspire’s Day Programs. This full-time role involves developing engaging programs, providing hands-on support, and fostering meaningful connections to enrich the lives of the people we serve.

You’ll collaborate with program, clinical, and support teams to help participants grow, pursue interests, and participate in their communities through person-centered planning and applied daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Two years of experience working with adults with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead educational programs based on weekly themes.
• Present programs to groups in-person and via virtual formats.
• Lead and support people during activities and community outings.
• Create and monitor PCPs and participate in coordination with teams.
