Job summary

Arc is seeking Program Leaders at Large to support youth programs across the region. You’ll rotate through different sites, work with various age groups, and partner with diverse teams to keep programs fresh.

In this role you’ll jump into new environments, create engaging activities, manage behaviors, and maintain student safety through active supervision. It’s a chance to take initiative and grow with the organization, up to 25 hours per week, five days plus prep.
