Job summary

I-care Reliability Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Clinton, IA, to lead the design and execution of asset health monitoring strategies. Your primary focus will be on implementing Condition Monitoring programs to predict equipment failure. You'll manage projects utilizing data-driven insights to assess machinery health, ensuring peak operational performance.

With over 10 years of experience, you'll drive predictive maintenance strategies and lead project teams while ensuring safety compliance. You'll also support clients with technical expertise and analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance, condition monitoring, or plant operations.
• Deep knowledge of machinery fundamentals and failure modes.
• Proficient in interpreting technical graphs and performance ratios.

Responsibilities

• Lead PdM workstreams using advanced monitoring technologies.
• Drive technical assessments and trend analysis.
• Manage project lifecycle and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Act as a technical advisor for predictive tools.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
