Job summary

BuildAbility is seeking a Program Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery for Post-Employment Services. The role involves supporting the Supervisor, coordinating job coach scheduling, and conducting site visits to monitor service delivery.

You will oversee timesheet accuracy, manage IHSP reporting, and provide training to staff. This full-time, on-site position is based in Sylmar, CA, with travel between job sites and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in employment or community settings.
• 1–2 years of administrative or program support experience preferred.
• Experience in human services or employment services preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• CPI certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass DOJ Live Scan background clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Supervisor, Post-Employment Services.
• Conduct site visits, quality assurance checks, and job coaching.
• Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and clients.
• Monitor timesheets and reported hours for accuracy.
• Support IHSP reporting including data collection and drafting reports.
• Train Job Coaches to improve service quality.
• Identify service delivery improvements and communicate findings.

As a Program Lead, you will:

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Supervisor, Post-Employment Services, including documentation, schedule coordination, follow-up, data tracking, and timely reporting.
• Spendtime at job sites conducting site visits, quality assurance checks, job coaching, and direct observation of service delivery.
• Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and people supported; update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets.
• Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches, meal breaks, scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary.
• Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits.
• Coordinate and support the IHSP reporting process, including tracking due dates, gathering required information, drafting reports, routing reports for review, and maintaining completed documentation.
• Provide training to Job Coaches as needed to strengthen service quality and staff performance.
• Observe employment services and identify support needs, service delivery concerns, or opportunities for improvement; communicate findings and follow-up needs to the Supervisor.

Compensation:

• Starting at $22.00- $26.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting background clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
