Qualifications

• Master's degree in Children's Ministry, Applied Theology, Christian Education, Ministry Leadership, or related field.
• Ability to teach across related disciplines (Applied Theology, Church Ministries, Elementary Education).
• Commitment to transformational learning and student discipleship.
• Ability to teach effectively in online and in-person environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Children and Family Ministry.
• Develop course syllabi, outcomes, and assessments.
• Serve as Program Head for the Children and Family Ministry major.
• Coordinate internships, service-learning, and ministry experiences.
• Advise and mentor students in academics, vocation, and faith.
• Collaborate with faculty to grow the program and partnerships.
• Participate in faculty meetings and institutional initiatives.
