Responsibilities include managing personnel, budgeting, and grant-related activities, with a focus on program growth, quality outcomes, and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR Master's degree and 3-5 years' experience; clinical licensure in related field and program.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with similar population and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs broad-scale developmental plans of the program and collaborates with leadership to align with the mission and vision.
• Oversees process/quality improvement activities, measures outcomes, and directs funding options for program maturation.
• Manages operations, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and retention; leadership for teams and program outcomes.
• Leads education offerings, competencies, and collaborations; coordinates internal/external education and grants oversight.
• Manages grant, data, and financial aspects; budgeting, revenue cycles, and program profitability.
