We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Lead, Clinical Research. In this role, the successful candidate for the Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI) Clinical Research Centers (CRC) is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our institution as a Program Lead (PL) reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Research Operations. The Program Lead will oversee all start-up operations across five clinical research centers, ensuring fast and efficient activation. The PL is responsible for the development, coordination, and negotiation of clinical trial budgets, preparing cost assessments for industry and non-industry sponsored clinical trials, and ensuring that all budgeting activities comply with institutional policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations. The PL will work closely with principal investigators, departmental research teams, the Office of Science and Research (OSR) units of budgeting, contracts, sponsored programs, billing compliance, and the IRB and the CTSI clinical research center teams. The position also requires regular contact with sponsors, collaborating institutions, and federal agencies in negotiating budgets. The role requires expertise in project management, budgeting, and regulatory affairs.
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible related experience coordinating clinical/research trials studies. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook. Familiar with Internet applications. Effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $84,577.93 - $101,223.89 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
