Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000 + Equity (based on experience)

We’re looking for a skilled Program Lead to drive complex, high-impact programs across engineering, operations, and customer support. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major programs involving multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
• Coordinate engineering and operations efforts to align with program goals and timelines
• Own after-sales customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and proactive support
• Develop and implement scalable customer support processes
• Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables across complex projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a project or program manager
• Background in engineering or business
• Experience with DoD/USG programs highly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Bonus: Experience in startups or high-growth technology environments
