Pilot Company is seeking a Process Automation Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027. Develop business process diagrams: Learn how to analyze and document business processes, creating process maps that identify opportunities for automation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential. Experience with Blue Prism, process mapping tools, automation technologies, data analysis tools, or related software is a plus, though training will be provided as needed.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and an appreciation for the user experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, solving problems, and understanding how technology can improve business processes.
