Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Louisville, KY is seeking a Supervisor of Program Integrity to oversee investigations, internal audits, rent calculation accuracy, and quality control across PH and HCV programs.

The role enforces HUD regulations, identifies fraud risks, mentors staff, and ensures timely, professional resolution of resident concerns, coordinating with Legal, Housing, and Resident Services teams to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three or more years in Public Housing, HCV, compliance, investigations, or auditing.
• Two or more years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations, CFR Title 24, Fair Housing, SEMAP, PHAS, and EIV/UIV systems.
• Experience with rent calculations, eligibility determinations, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the termination and hearing process in accordance with HUD regulations.
• Supervise Resident Relations Coordinators to resolve resident concerns.
• Lead fraud investigations and respond to program violations.
• Conduct internal audits of rent calculations and income determinations.
• Lead quality control reviews per SEMAP, PHAS, and HUD monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, property management, HCV leadership, intake, and resident services.
• Prepare compliance reports for leadership, HUD, auditors, and Board presentations.
• Provide training and supervision to staff on compliance and investigations.
• Ensure agency-wide compliance with HUD CFR Title 24 and Fair Housing laws.
