Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research, collect evidence, and interview witnesses to verify recipient case information and identify fraud, waste, or abuse.
• Evaluate findings, prepare detailed case reports, calculate overpayments, and notify clients of outcomes.
• Maintain organized electronic files and implement efficient documentation practices; suggest process improvements.
• Assist in training and policy/job aid development; participate in testing system enhancements.
• Attend to a regular schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
