Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/business or related field with 12+ years related experience.
• Technical project management experience in mission-critical or classified environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC in Agile environments.
• Experience interfacing with customer and contractor teams to manage deliverables and align with task plans.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for agile tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of initiatives, ensuring they are well-defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate across service teams to manage dependencies and progress toward goals.
• Serve as the primary interface for communicating initiative status to program leadership and customers.
• Maintain the requirements register, cross-team dependencies, risk assessments, and reference architectures.
• Coordinate requirement validation and traceability with RRB.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage and track initiative status and visibility.
• Identify and resolve prioritization, scheduling, and resource constraint challenges.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations for PMRs.
• Gather and analyze program-level metrics such as initiative status and schedules.
• Coordinate project management efforts including strategy, decomposition, and delivery tracking.
• Facilitate technical exchanges, kickoff meetings, and cross-team collaborations.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of integrated roadmaps and track milestones.
