Program Integrator, Lead**The Opportunity:**As a Program Integrator, you know both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your client’s mission. We’re looking for someone like you to lead a team of experienced professionals and bring your expertise and passion to assist with pre- and post-award contract activities while working closely with our Space Force clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives.As a Program Integrator on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and Space Force clients to architect and develop large-scale space and ground systems. You will work directly with clients and an integrated, multi-functional team to develop new systems or modify existing systems. You will focus on the full life cycle of programs from initial concept design through development, test, and fielding. You will be responsible for proactive identification of project risks, assessing quantitative data, developing presentations and dashboards to communicate program status, supporting management of program budgets, developing and tracking detailed schedules, monitoring and managing scope change, assessing risk and developing mitigation plans, and managing stakeholder communications.From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining client consensus on quality products, you’ll provide meaningful program integration support. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
