• Eight years of DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, plus three years of related experience.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen years.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills; tact and diplomacy are valued.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

• (U) Eight(8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• (U) In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.
• (U) In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.
• (U) Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• (U) Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• (U) Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus

The proposed salary range for this position in Utah is 170,000 to 205,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
