Job summary

Program Integrator – Advanced Effectors & Space (AES) Strategic Business Unit

Location: Tucson, Arizona (US-AZ-TUCSON-M09 – 3350 E Hemisphere Loop – BLDG M09). Position type: Onsite. Security clearance: Secret required, active and transferable before start. U.S. citizenship required.

Overview

Raytheon Aircraft Systems (RTX) seeks a highly motivated Program Integrator to report directly to the Transition to Production Director. This role will work closely with the Transition to Production team, functional team members, and other program office teammates, providing tactical direction for program execution and maintaining program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using approved business models and management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management (EV cadence), IPT/CPT reviews, monthly management reviews (MMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
  • Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts.
  • Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts.
  • Develop program‑enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits.
  • Support proposal efforts, including cost proposals and gate packages.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or business support.
  • Experience with transition to production, production, or integration activities.
  • Experience in program management, including risk & opportunity management and Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) or equivalent industry practices.
  • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program Management Level 6 certification or industry equivalent, obtainable within one year.
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and gate packages.
  • Proposal Basis of Estimate (BOE) writer certification.
  • Understanding of various contract types including domestic, foreign military sales (FMS), and mixed product lines.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑disciplinary teams under high‑pressure conditions.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment, securing resources through influence to advance initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 (USD). Compensation is based on role, function, experience, education, and key skills.
