Job summary

Systems Technology & Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Integrator to support Army UAS initiatives and lead acquisition strategy development for LAE platforms. This on-site role requires strong DoD knowledge and proven program integration experience.

The candidate will brief senior staff, craft acquisition plans, and help prepare RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs while coordinating with stakeholders across lifecycle phases. A DoW SECRET clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience.
• Experience with Uncrewed systems or related technologies.
• Familiarity with DoD 5000.01, 5000.02, 5000.85 and acquisition methods.
• Strong proficiency in Army acquisition and documentation.
• Active DoW SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Brief mid and senior level staff across the DoW.
• Develop strategies detailing Army acquisition events and necessary docs to reach Army decisions.
• Assist with CRP construction, including input to RFPs, PWS/SOW and CDRLs; coordinate FRAB activities.
• Participate in POM and PR Form preparation.
• Analyze programmatic/technical data and support trade studies and briefs.
• Prepare reports and provide admin/technical support for conferences and IPTs.

Job Description:

Systems Technology & Research, Inc. (STaR) is seeking a Program Integrator in the Huntsville, AL area to support the Army's Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. in the development of Army uncrewed Launched Effects (LE) platforms. As a Program Integrator, you will exercise a high degree of initiative and independence in the development of acquisition strategies and initiation of new programs.

This opportunity is an in-person/on-site position.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience


• Experience with Uncrewed systems or related technologies


• Experience in DoDIs 5000.01, 5000.02, and 5000.85, as well as other traditional and non-traditional acquisition approaches


• Strong proficiency in Army acquisition


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


• Strong communication and documentation skills


• Acquisition Project Office experience


• Experience managing, executing, and integrating requirements, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution, and Defense Acquisition Ssystem processes and understand stakeholder requirements


• Possess an active DoW SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Brief mid and senior level staff across the DoW.


• Develop strategies that detail Army acquisition events, reviews, and documentation necessary to achieve Army decisions and transition programs between lifecycle phases


• Assist with construction of contract requirements packages (CRP), to include supporting development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors/primes to include input to the performance work statements (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW) and associated Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), as well as coordination of functional requirements allocation board (FRAB) activities.


• Participate in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and P/R Form preparation.


• Analyze programmatic and technical data affecting the fielding and support of Product Systems; perform requirements analysis; provide input to trade studies and decision briefs; provide requirements expertise and input to working groups and review boards.


• Prepare reports and briefings. Provide administrative/technical support for conferences, briefings, meetings, working groups, and integrated product teams (IPTs).
